POLPETTE IN SALSA DI ZAFFERANO CON SORPRESA





INGREDIENTS FOR MEATBALLS:

Minced beef: 300 grams bread crumbs
: 100 grams
Garlic: clove chopped parsley

handful Pepper: to taste Grated Parmesan
: 100 grams
Eggs: two
Milk
to taste Salt: to taste
Farina:
to taste peanut oil for frying: qb

sauce ingredients: Shallots

Broth: a liter
