Here we go again ... have not ever posted a recipe, and tell the truth, yet we should strive, in the meantime a little bit hoping to celebrate the return ... that 2010 is richer in post! :-)
Meet the cake that I did this Sunday, very fast ..
as you know I'm a lover of ice cream ...
Ingredients:
250 blueberry yogurt (I used those of Vitasnella)
250 g of fresh cream
100 g sugar berries
layers of dark chocolate
Preparation:
Pour into a container with high sides yogurt cream and sugar, pass a bit 'to the mixer for both to mix well and then pour into ice cream maker (time approx 30 min)
For decoration you imagination ... I had two scoops of ice cream encased between two layers of dark chocolate and poured over a topping made with berries and sugar passed to the mixer! fast and elegant!
